About the Author

This blog is written and maintained by Shaun Snapp. I am an independent SAP consultant focusing on SCM. This blog started when I found myself on a service parts planning project. I did not find much good information at the time on service parts in the available blogs and I wanted a place to document my learning.  The blog is software oriented because that is by background; however, occasionally I like to write an article more related to industry trends and the business side of service parts planning. You will find both types of articles.
